1.1 Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the personal information provided during registration or when booking services.
1.2 Genhealth reserves the right to cancel services if any data is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified.
1.3 All user data will be processed in accordance with Genhealth’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
2.1 A reservation is considered valid and active once payment has been successfully completed via our official payment partner (currently Xendit).
2.2 Voucher codes, if available, must be applied before payment. Vouchers cannot be combined and are subject to an expiration period.
2.3 All payments are final and non-refundable, except in specific cases such as verified service failures acknowledged by Genhealth and approved by the Admin Team.
2.4 Users are responsible for reviewing service details and personal data before completing payment.
3.1 Once the reservation is confirmed, the Genhealth Customer Service Team will contact the user to finalize the medical check-up schedule.
3.2 Users must attend the appointment as scheduled. Failure to attend without prior notice at least 24 hours in advance will be considered a unilateral cancellation by the user, and the payment will not be refunded.
4.1 Medical check-up results will be delivered in digital format (PDF) via the registered WhatsApp number and/or email.
4.2 These results are confidential and intended solely for the respective user. Genhealth is not responsible for any misuse of information by third parties once the results have been sent to the correct contact details.
5.1 Genhealth reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate any service or feature at any time without prior notice, for purposes including service improvements, system maintenance, or legal compliance.
5.2 In the event of significant changes, Genhealth will notify users through official communication channels.
6.1 Genhealth is not liable for any delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party operational failures.
6.2 Health consultations provided through Genhealth are not a substitute for in-person medical consultations with licensed specialists when required.
7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
7.2 Any disputes, conflicts, or claims arising from the use of Genhealth services will first be resolved through amicable discussions between the user and Genhealth.
7.3 If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days after written notification of the dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court, without limiting Genhealth’s right to select another jurisdiction in line with its operational policies.
7.4 In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Indonesian versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
